Currently, collective housing finds an emerging architectural niche in the co-living room. Under this concept, a wide range of housing projects has proliferated, which offer a broader view for the definition of shared spaces and social contracts at the expense of minimal housing units. Thus, it seeks to provide a response to new social groups and others that by necessity have had to appeal to this form of housing.

The project of the Kraftwerk II cooperative in Zurich, arises as a co-housing response that rethinks the traditional domestic scheme of housing, bringing its residents closer and blurring the boundaries between public and private. The axonometry aims to show the friction, events, encounters and the collective daily life among its inhabitants.
