Making an analysis of Pueblo Libre historical center, a cultural and household equipment was proposed in the zone. The urban design was made based on a DNA concept, which was also the starting point of the buildings design. A proposal for a community cultural center was developed with the aim of reinforce the user identity taking into account its considerations towards 2040 and the changes for a better lifestyle, focus on technologies that don't damage the environment, and on post covid considerations due to the current situation we are going through. This is the main building of the proposal, becoming a landmark in the place, attracting people and giving more identity to the residents.

Moreover, taking into account the new 2040 user, the new activities they will develop, and their needs, it was proposed new types of household, which include flats, duplex and triplex apartments with commercial, service and common areas. Related to the need of each user considered in the proposal (elderly people, single person and nuclear families), it was developed three types of densities: A, B and C which also have different types of parks (for children, elderly people and pet lovers), each one with the specific equipment required for the type of user, providing more public and entertaining spaces, where people can be more comfortable.

These households were made based on a hexagon modular organization, what makes them more dynamic, taking into account post covid considerations such as a disinfection area. What is more, the climatic factors of the site were taken into account, from which bioclimatic strategies were generated, both in culture and in household. For instance, the use of eco-friendly materials, a skin that protects from solar radiation, crossed ventilation, use of vegetable gardens, internal courtyards and terraces.
