ATCS - Project Description
The office building is one of the great icons of the twentieth century. Office towers dominate the skylines of cities in every continent, as the most visible index of economic activity, of social, technological, & financial progress. No longer marked by dull & dark cubicles, office architecture has now seen a vast change in terms of colours , materials & the spaces within. ATCS redefines office architecture in Jaipur.
This office building has a flexible & technologically-advanced working environment that is safe, healthy, comfortable, durable, aesthetically-pleasing, & accessible. Special attention has been given to the selection of interior finishes & art installations, particularly in entry spaces, conference rooms & other areas with public access.
Innovation:
The use of louvers in combination with glass in the facade offers naturally lit interiors minimising the day time electrical usages. It also makes it an open & breathable building. It allows glare free north light to enter the building, best suited for the users. The use of DGU & SDU has been done at strategically required locations. This building is a GEM-4 star rated building.
The Corners of the building are treated as the Breakout spaces for the staff with a view which could have been hindered if there were structural columns. So, PT Slab was used to make a column free space for staff.
